Sister Bay Collaborative Zumba

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting effective fitness system! The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Yoga/Pilates at Waterfront Park

Yoga/Pilates is an exercise class to strengthen the core and increase joint support and muscle flexibility. A yoga and Pilates practice connects the breath with the body movement, internally expanding with the inhalation and lengthening muscles with the exhalation. 

(Yoga/Pilates is offered only June through August and is held at the Waterfront Park of Sister Bay)
