COMING TOGETHER TO PROTECT CHILDREN FROM SEXUAL ABUSE

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, and the Door County YMCA is reaffirming its commitment to protecting the children in our community by participating in the Five Days of Action campaign. This week-long initiative from April 15-19, aims to increase awareness of child sexual abuse and empower and equip individuals to prevent it.

As part of its dedication to child safety, the Door County YMCA, alongside community partners, is taking part in the Five Days of Action campaign to raise awareness and implement abuse prevention practices year-round. By actively participating in this important campaign, the Door County YMCA underscores its commitment to the safety and well-being of all children in our community.
