The leaves will start to change soon and temperatures will start to drop. Maintain your wellness by staying fit in body, mind and spirit with our Fall 1 class session. Revitalized adult and group fitness classes along with invigorating youth programs will have everyone refreshed and reenergized.
Registration begins August 22 for Y members and August 24 for the general public. Classes start the week of September 6 and run through October 30.
