PreSchool Readiness Program

The Y's Preschool Readiness Program is designed to aid parents in getting their child ready for preschool. This program will help your child's readiness to make a smooth and successful transition and integration into the school environment and its routines and expectations. We will be working on songs, rhymes, shapes, colors, and so much more.

 

PreSchool Readiness for Ages 3-4 (14 week program)

  • Monday/Wednesday Member - $50.00/per week; Community - $60.00 per week
  • Tuesday/Thursday Member - $50.00/per week; Community - $60.00 per week

Before School 

 

Before the school day begins, our staff are on-site to help children with homework, keep them active, and encourage their creativity. Healthy breakfast will be provided each morning through our year around food program. Our program provides a safe, fun, and friendly way for kids to unwind before school.

 

  • Program will run the days Sturgeon Bay School is in regular session. Collaborative bussing options are available for Sawyer and Sunrise Elementary schools over to Lansing. Please contact the schools for bussing arrangements after enrolling your child.
  • Before School Program runs from 6:15 am - 7:30 am
  • State-licensed before and after-school childcare program
  • Offers early registration options for Kids Day Out and Summer Camp enrollments
  • Financial Assistance is available through the Wisconsin Shares program and/or YMCA Membership for All scholarship program

Before School Age Care for Grades 4K through Age 12

  • 5 Days: Member - $32.50/per week; Community Member - $37.50/per week
  • 4 Days: Member - $30.00/per week; Community Member - $35.00/per week 
  • 3 Days: Member - $27.50/per week; Community Member - $32.50/per week

After School

Kids Day Out (Additional Fee)

Please note for the full-day Kids Day Out option, lunch must be brought for each child.

  • Half Day In-Service: Member - $20.00; Community Member - $25.00
  • Full Day In-Service: Member - $45.00; Community Member - $50.00
 
Getting Registered

Registration for families wishing to enroll their child(ren) is completed online through our website or by calling School Aged Director Ashley Bagneski at 920.818.0796. There is an annual registration fee for the After School Program: $40 for one child. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

  • Fees are based on the contracted schedule, not attendance.
  • Payments are made on the Friday before the scheduled week of service.
  • Payments are accepted via Automatic Bank Draft, Credit Card Draft, or on-site.
  • Fee includes daily afternoon nutritious snacks and most activity supplies.
