Day Passes and 10-Visit Passes

 

The Door County YMCA welcomes visitors to utilize our facilities. Day pass and 10-visit flex pass options provide flexibility and convenience. To best focus on serving the needs of our members as a member-based organization, the Door County YMCA has the following policies in place for anyone entering Door County YMCA facilities - whether observing others or actively participating. 

 

All visitors must create an account upon their initial visit. this is required for everyone in our facilities - regardless of purpose.

 

  • Before visiting: click here to begin the account creation process. After choosing the facility you intend to use, scroll to the bottom of membership options and choose the free "Community Member" account type.
  • In facility: individuals who do not have an account created before coming into the facility will be directed to the lobby kiosk. Alternatively, a QR code can be scanned from your mobile device.
  • Any youth under 18 will require a parent or legal guardian on site to create an account. No exceptions will be made.

 

To create your account:

  1. Choose the location and then scroll to the bottom of membership options and choose “Community Member” account.
  2. Only enter immediate family members:
    1. Two adults and dependents up to age 23 claimed as dependents on federal taxes
    2. All above individuals MUST reside at the same permanent address. Seasonal addresses will not be used to determine eligibility.
    3. Extended families must create separate accounts.
    4. Proceed to the Welcome Center. Adults are required to present a government-issued photo ID. Adults who do not present a photo ID by their second visit will not be allowed into Door County facilities. Staff will verify the accuracy of information.
    5. All individuals are required to have their picture taken.

 

Daily Passes

 

A daily pass is valid for the calendar day of purchase. Before using the facility the first time, all visitors must create a free "Community Member" account (click here) prior to entering. If not created prior to visiting, guests will be directed to a lobby kiosk to complete that process. Additional account creation requirements are listed above.

* A "household" is defined by permanent residency/address as listed on a government ID and is limited to two individuals age 18 or older and their qualified dependent children as defined by the IRS (up to age 18 or through age 23 if in school full-time) as claimed on federal taxes.

10-Visit Pass

  • Only valid for redemption at Door County Y locations - Northern Door and Sturgeon Bay.
  • A punch card - consisting of 10 visits - can be purchased for either individual (age 18+) or household (see definition above under daily passes) use.
  • Once purchased, the flex pass expires one year from the date of purchase regardless of unused punches. It cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason after purchase.  
  • The pass must be presented during each visit to be redeemed and punched.
  • Only the name(s) listed on the card can present it for redemption.
  • An individual pass visit cannot be credited or combined towards a household daily pass purchase or vice versa.
  • Passes cannot be tracked or replaced if lost.

  • Individual (age 18+) - $120 ($170 as of May 1, 2024)

 

  • Household (see definition above under daily passes) - $210 ($300 as of May 1, 2024)
